The Donor Reach Story

I spent several years as the Development Director for a small nonprofit. As a one-person fundraising office, there were never enough hours in the day to accomplish everything on my list.  I knew I was leaving opportunities on the table to raise more money because I just didn’t have enough time in the day. I left that organization to join a consulting firm, specializing in feasibility studies and capital campaigns in North America. I traveled across the country conducting feasibility studies and managing capital campaigns. I quickly discovered that many nonprofits find themselves in the same position – doing a lot of really good things, but still missing lots of big opportunities. I founded Donor Reach to help those organizations. I’ve put together a team that can help you raise more money. We specialize in helping nonprofit leaders plan and execute donor communication strategies that will keep their donors engaged and contributing more.

About Gary

I live in Knoxville, TN with my son, Gary the 3rd. You’ll often find us cheering on the Tennessee Volunteers or St. Louis Cardinals, spending time in the Smokies, cooking, or playing vintage base ball (two words in the 1800s).

Over the years, I’ve contributed my personal energy and resources to organizations like YOKE Youth Ministries, Habitat for Humanity, Emerald Youth Foundation, and East Tennessee Regional Leadership.
